F95zone Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the f95zone platform. Please read it carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of our services. These terms are effective from 1 January 2026.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the f95zone platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. Your acceptance is unconditional and takes full effect immediately.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are eligible to use f95zone's services in accordance with applicable local laws.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and not proceed with registration. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. f95zone reserves the right to reject or suspend any registration application suspected of containing false or misleading information. Users are responsible for keeping their profile information current.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and for all activity that occurs under their account. You are advised not to share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the f95zone support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activity conducted through their account complies with these terms. Users may not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, or in any manner that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other users.
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform. Any attempt to compromise system security, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit technical vulnerabilities constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
Payment Information, Deposits and MYR Transactions
Currency and Payment Methods
All transactions on the f95zone platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX online banking, and direct bank transfers via major Malaysian banks. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is legitimate and belongs to them.
Transaction Processing
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within a timeframe that depends on the chosen payment method. f95zone is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers or network issues beyond our control.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the internal policies in effect at the time the request is made. f95zone reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there are concerns relating to suspicious activity, incomplete identity verification, or a breach of these terms. Users may be required to submit identity verification documents before a withdrawal is approved.
All transaction-related decisions made by f95zone are final, subject to applicable internal review.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
F95zone is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform. The platform is provided on an as-is basis, and f95zone makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or continued availability of its services. Users access the platform at their own risk.
Account Suspension and Closure
F95zone reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, fraud, or for reasonable operational reasons. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a breach may be forfeited at f95zone's sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, text, graphics, and software on the f95zone platform are the property of f95zone or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The f95zone platform may contain references to third-party services. f95zone is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
Right to Amend
F95zone reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the designated channels. Users agree to comply with all applicable local laws when using the f95zone platform.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, and all other provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
